Services
Design, validate, plan, manage, and deliver manufacturing infrastructure for existing or new sites, with a focus on modernization and process-based (versus product-specific) scalable production. Contracting and partnering with the client, becoming an extension of its design functional teams, define and approve specific required scaling results, timeline, key progress indicators, and accountability business rhythm to realize the expected production system.

For three decades, Angel Crespo has gained extensive experience in design engineering, manufacturing, operations management, site development, certification, program management, and operations scaling and modernization. His work has primarily focused on enhancing complex supply chain and manufacturing operations. Angel has developed the ability to identify material, engineering, or manufacturing constraints and create plans to capitalize on opportunities and address challenges, ensuring the production and delivery of required outputs for DoW and Aerospace organizations. At AACC, Angel’s expertise is utilized to support the American nation in meeting and surpassing defense and aerospace production needs for the future.
